As part of our continual development of Lindow Lawn Tennis Club, the time has come to renew the playing surfaces of the courts. This is a major undertaking,and the work is necessary so that we can guarantee the future of the Club and continue to provide both competitive and social tennis facilities for future generations in the years to come. The work will commence on Monday,23 August and will last for approximately 4/5 weeks.Following completion of this work, there will be an official opening of the new courts, when there will be a variety of activities taking place.

American Mixed Doubles tournament

The American Mixed Tournament & BBQ was a great success on what was a beautiful sunny day.The male winner of the event was Gary Royle and the lady winner Rachael Kynaston and both received a bottle of the bars best wine.The best juniors of the day were Harry & George who both showed wonderful tennis skills and certainly gave their seniors something to think about.Our Thanks go to Ian & Tracy Clark for organising the event and for not burning the sausages.Everyone who attended expressed their support for a similar event in the near future.
